LSC members deliver Tall Ship "MAYBE" from Greenock to Oban

The 22m+ gaff-rigged Tall Ship MAYBE (built in 1933) is making its end of season voyage from Greenock to her home port of Goole after a season of sail training as part of Tall Ships 2011. Four LSC members are just back from crewing the first stage of the voyage from Greenock to Oban, via Lamlash, the Mull of Kintyre, Gigha, through the Corryvreckan, and past the Garvellachs!

Thanks to all who commented on our pictures of the tall shops (posted on Flickr and link given in last e-newsletter). Pics were based on ideas given at the excellent talk on photogrpahy arranged by the Cruising Group last winter. Give them a try!
