Secretary - Ann Low

I have been a member of Largs Sailing Club since 1986 when my husband Donald and three children started to sail, and we joined as family members. I helped with the catering for several major events that were run from John Street in the 1990's and continued doing this when the Club moved to Largs Yacht Haven in 1999. I ''volunteered' to join the committee for three years as Secretary in 2002 and I still hold this position.
Over the past year I have reduced the time spent in the Club and have concentrated mainly on being 'Secretary'.
At the AGM in 2010 I was pleased to accept an Honorary Membership which was given to me in recognition of the work I had done over the years.
