Club Facilities and Room Hire

We are able to make our lecture / briefing room available to other organisations that need an off-site venue for business meetings. It is also possible to make use of our Lookout Lounge as a break-out area, or for lunches. Catering can be provided with options ranging from finger buffet to formal meals. 
Facilities would normally be available weekdays 09:00 - 17:30, with evenings and weekends by negotiation and subject to prioritisation of our normal Club activities.

Our lecture room is capable of seating up to 40 people, with a usable floor area of approximately 50sqm. The stunning views from our Lounge will possibly distract some visitors, but will make a wonderful backdrop for breakout groups and certainly be appreciated by people having lunch.

Charge out Rates (Ex. VAT)

• Lecture Room: £35.00 per ½ day; £60.00 per full day
• Lounge: £70.00 per ½ day; £120.00 per full day

Chamber of Commerce & Corporate Member Discounts will apply at 15%
